A new picture book experience where
everyone can create their own picture book

The Art Park Exhibition will display and sell works by Japanese artists active both in Japan and overseas, and on the 8th and 9th there will be live painting and workshops where everyone can complete works together! Be sure to enjoy this unique art experience!
There will also be a space where you can take a break while coloring. Take a break surrounded by colorful monsters.

A space of light created by the local community and the Sapporo Chamber of Commerce and Industry Youth Division. Experience a fantastical world of snow and light created with approximately 3,000 snow candles and LED illuminations.
